Microsoft Edge Browser for iOS

Microsoft has released a new update for its Edge browser on iPhone devices, with some new features. The important announcement in the new update is the addition of Apple iPhone’s distinguishable feature – 3D Touch support. The newest update on Microsoft Edge for iOS brings support for 3D Touch pop and peek, quicker app start time, and much more. While the latest version of Microsoft Edge is for iOS. Microsoft developers have been assured that iPad and Android tablet support for the Edge browser will available soon. Apart from this, Edge browser users on iOS devices have the option to set a region for pages that is a part in the news feed on the “New Tab” page. One can visit the Settings menu and then New Tab page to customise the content. The changelog from the latest update includes options such as the Find in page, with the ability to open new tab in the background by long pressing on a link, as well as the possibility to share links to Edge browser from other applications using share sheet. Users can also set the Outlook app to open links in Edge.
